Our Story

Hey there -- I'm Max, and I want to tell you a little bit about how Peace Pizza came to be. It all started with a simple love for great food and bringing people together. I've always believed that there's something special about gathering around a fire and sharing a meal, and wood-fired pizza just happens to be the perfect way to do that.

When I first got into wood-fired cooking, I was hooked immediately. The way the flames kiss the dough, the smoky aroma that fills the air, the look on someone's face when they take that first bite of a pizza pulled straight from a real wood-fired oven -- there's nothing else like it. I knew I had to share that experience with as many people as I could. That's how Peace Pizza was born: out of a genuine love for the craft and a desire to bring something truly special to the Cincinnati community.
